A UCLA lecturer suing UC administrators for over $22 million will see his case go to trial Tuesday.
Gordon Klein, a continuing lecturer in accounting, filed a lawsuit against Antonio Bernardo, the dean of the UCLA Anderson School of Management, and the UC Board of Regents in September 2021.

The United States Department of Justice launched an investigation against the UC on Thursday, citing concerns that the University may have engaged in race and sex-based employment discrimination.
Speakers called on graduating seniors to embrace UCLA’s values amid recent political challenges at annual College of Letters and Science commencement ceremonies Friday.
