About 60 parents rallied outside Murphy Hall on Monday to protest the closure of two UCLA childcare centers.
UCPD is investigating an alleged aggravated assault that occurred on Gayley Avenue at 1:20 a.m. Friday morning.

UCPD does not know the identity of the perpetrator and if they are affiliated with UCLA, said Richard Mejia, the director of emergency communications and information, in an email statement.
