Thousands of students gathered in Westwood Village on Oct. 3 for “Westwood Wander,” the latest installment of UCLA First Thursdays.
The evening opened at Broxton Plaza: a newly pedestrianized area that was turned into an interactive center with games, picture opportunities and the distribution of limited-edition First Thursdays T-shirts.

Approximately 2,000 Bruins registered to volunteer at 37 locations across Los Angeles and the United States, according to a written statement from UCLA Media Relations.

UCPD is searching for suspects in a drug-related off campus aggravated assault.
Two victims reported separate incidents of being drugged with an unknown substance at parties on Gayley Avenue – where many UCLA fraternities are housed – last week, according to a crime alert sent by UCPD on Monday afternoon.
The first victim attended three parties along Gayley Avenue on Thursday, where they experienced symptoms which they did not attribute to alcohol, according to the alert.
