An evacuation warning adjacent to the UCLA campus was lifted around 1:40 p.m., according to the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection website.
The nearest evacuation warning area to campus is now west of Interstate 405.

An evacuation warning for the Palisades fire is now bordering UCLA’s campus.
Around 7:20 p.m., the city of Los Angeles issued a new evacuation warning to residents reaching the corner of Sunset Boulevard and Veteran Avenue – an intersection that directly borders the UCLA campus.
