As of 7 p.m. Thursday, air quality on the UCLA campus is rated as “good,” according to the UCLA air quality site.
While there is no evacuation warning or order in place for the UCLA campus, an evacuation warning continues to border campus, while an evacuation order is in place for areas less than 1 1/2 miles from the UCLA campus, according to Cal Fire.

In a Thursday email, UCLA Housing Services announced that it would allow unused meal swipes to “roll over” for students on regular meal plans. Ordinarily, students on regular meal plans cannot swipe twice in one meal period.

While the nearest mandatory evacuation zone is about 1.3 miles from UCLA, an evacuation warning zone continues to border campus as of 7 p.m. Tuesday, according to Cal Fire.

In a Sunday afternoon press conference, Los Angeles County Fire Department Chief Anthony Marrone said officials would begin conversations on repopulating areas under evacuation orders and warnings “first thing Thursday.” Marrone said such talks cannot begin until the red flag warning for those areas is no longer in effect.

In a statement posted to Instagram on Sunday, USAC International Student Representative Syed Tamim Ahmad said the UCLA Dashew Center for International Students and Scholars has confirmed that the university’s move to implement virtual instruction until Friday will not impact the immigration status of international students on F-1 or J-1 visas.

In an Instagram post Saturday afternoon, Undergraduate Students Association Council General Representatives Diego Emilio Bollo and Tommy Contreras announced that their offices would host a donation drive at Westwood Boulevard and Le Conte Avenue from 11 a.m.
