After spending years in the classroom learning as students, undergraduates can now transition into a teaching role in Education 123: “Teaching Profession.”
Unlike the teacher education program, Education 123 doesn’t focus on training students to become teachers.

In the seventh gallery of our series, “Daily Bruin Abroad,” we wander through Italy. Daily Bruin photographer, Jessica Zhou, takes us through historic landmarks and beautiful streets found around Italy.

With the sun reflecting off the calm lake and a cool breeze in the blue skies, laughter can be heard in the distance from the smiling faces scattered around the shore.

Several major areas of UCLA’s campus, including Bruin Walk, Pauley Pavilion and Drake Stadium, flooded Tuesday after a water main break on Sunset Boulevard near Marymount Place.

United by the traditional 8-clap, Friday night’s Spring Sing 2014 audience was in for a night of music, laughter and wild applause inside Pauley Pavilion.
Spring Sing 2014 featured a variety of acts from soloists and bands to a cappella groups and musical theater performances.
