Graduation is around the corner, and while it is a grand event full of accolades, it is also an ending. Endings, without fail, show us how successful we were in meeting our objectives and if we stayed on course.

The UCLA Student Transfer Opportunity and Mentor Program, or STOMP, put on its 14th annual STOMP conference on April 26th of this year. The conference has grown from a few attendees to over a thousand, becoming a central program for community college students considering transferring into a UC.

Using a free poster board and a marker, UCLA student Sean Cassero set up an advice booth on Bruin Walk on a whim. In exchange for conversations and money donations, Sean offers himself up as a resource for students seeking answers or to those who just want to talk.
