Then No. 4-ranked UCLA gymnastics (9-2, 5-0 Big Ten) went full “floor party” Saturday against No. 9 Michigan (5-3, 2-3 Big Ten), notching a 197.725 against Michigan’s 196.975.

The Bruins decided to do it twice. No. 2 seed UCLA men’s water polo (27-2, 5-1 MPSF) defeated the No. 1 seed USC Trojans (23-4, 4-2) Sunday afternoon at the Avery Aquatic Center in Stanford, California, repeating last year’s affair with yet another championship win.

After a demoralizing season-opening blowout loss to Utah at home, UCLA football will look to earn its redemption when the team travels to Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas to battle UNLV.
