The Bruins will face a new opponent over the weekend.
No. 1 UCLA women’s water polo (15-0, 2-0) will take on Biola (6-11) in regular season play Saturday afternoon for the two teams’ first-ever matchup.

Freshman Fangran Tian of UCLA women’s tennis claimed the NCAA singles title at the USTA National Campus in Orlando, Florida, on Saturday, becoming only the second Bruin ever to lift the trophy.
The Bruins will depend on their underclassmen to serve up redemption as they vie for individual championships.
After bidding farewell to the NCAA team tournament in the Sweet 16, a trio of Bruins will represent UCLA women’s tennis in Orlando, Florida for the singles and doubles tournaments beginning Monday.
