The lone Bruin to qualify for the NCAA tournament has been eliminated.
No. 35 freshman Alexander Hoogmartens was knocked out of the NCAA singles tournament Monday, effectively bringing the season to a close for UCLA men’s tennis.
The Bruins wrapped up their season winning three of four matches.
UCLA men’s tennis (12-11, 2-4 Pac 12) fell to Utah (20-6, 4-4) 4-0 in its final Pac-12 matchup of the regular season Sunday in Salt Lake City but concluded its road trip to Utah with a win over Weber State (7-16, 3-4 Big Sky) 4-0 the following day.
